Move-Out Checklist/Procedures

We hope you have enjoyed your time with TLC Kentucky Property Management. We require 30 days notice for all move-outs, contact our office through the resident portal, via text at 270-298-8215 or via email at info@tlckentuckypropertymanagement.com. Our Move-Out Checklist will help maximize the refund of your security deposit. Normal wear and tear will be taken into consideration when inspecting your unit as well as its condition at move-in; however, we expect the space to be left in good/clean condition.
